To say Chris was born into restaurant life is an understatement. His first job was as a busser in his mother's restaurant at the tender age of 5. From there, he worked his way up from server, to bartender, and eventually to General Manager of Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar in Fort Collins. When he isn’t holding down College Ave., you can find him exploring the outdoors, honing his passion as a silversmith, or creating something new and delicious in the kitchen.
