Jenna joined Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar 9 years ago as Sous Chef in Glendale. She spent three years running the kitchen at Post Chicken & Beer, our sister restaurant in Rosedale, before being lured back to her home turf in Glendale as Chef. Jenna enjoys her family time and exploring Colorado’s great outdoors.
